GetHumanDesign is a platform that provides Human Design chart calculations accessible via an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, AI skill integrations (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others), and a REST API. The Service allows you to calculate and retrieve Human Design bodygraphs based on birth data.
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Features, usage limits, and access rights differ between plans as described on our pricing page.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement.
To access most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of another person without their consent.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
Free plan accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page. We may change free plan limits at any time. Exceeding plan limits may result in requests being refused until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

You are solely responsible for the birth data you submit to the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit any third-party birth data (e.g. a family member's details) and that you handle such data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, software, algorithms, and design elements of the Service — including the Human Design calculation engine, API, dashboard, and website — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The underlying Human Design system is based on publicly available esoteric knowledge. However, our specific implementation, code, and presentation are proprietary.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Human Design chart information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of chart interpretations for any specific purpose.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or for any other legitimate business reason. In the case of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any prepaid period.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. by email or a notice in the dashboard). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
