account, your subscription, a chart or the app. A person reads every message and replies by email.
Tell us the email address you signed up with, so we can find your account.
If you are signed in, you can also send feedback from inside the app: choose
Feedback in the sidebar. It reaches the same inbox.
Common questions
- Subscription and billing. Open Settings and choose Manage subscription to change or
cancel your plan. Pro runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Your data. Settings has a download of everything we hold for your account: your people,
groups and conversations, in one ZIP file.
- Deleting your account. See Delete account for how, and what is removed.
- Is something down? status.gethumandesign.com shows
whether the app and the AI chat are working.
- Other questions. The FAQ answers the most common ones, and the
knowledge base explains Human Design itself.
